On the Bull Moose Project’s Support for a Second Reconciliation Bill

Last week, House Budget Committee Chairman Representative Jodey Arrington met with Senate Budget Committee Chair Senator Lindsey Graham. The duo confirmed that they were moving ahead with plans to pass a second reconciliation bill which will likely include funding for America’s troops, fraud prevention measures, voter integrity, and more.

The Bull Moose Project is proud to support moving toward a new reconciliation bill. Republicans campaigned on putting America First in 2024, and voters rewarded them with a trifecta. Elected officials should not be afraid to use the powers they have been given by the American people. Hesitancy to make real change — or even a fear to do so — will not win any hearts or minds. Instead, it will depress supporters and give heart to left-wing activists who want to turn back the clock to 2021.
