Bull Moose Project Releases New Report on the Pervasive Influence of Effective Altruists

Today, the Bull Moose Project proudly released a new report highlighting the work of perfidious influence-seeking so-called “Effective Altruist” groups. Backed by Anthropic, these groups — operating under the guise of “AI safety” — have already spent $6 billion totally in support of Democrats and left-wing causes — and Anthropic’s founders have pledged another $40 billion in their fight to manipulate American public opinion.

Anthropic’ leadership, governance, and staff are a pipeline of left-wing ideologues, Democratic operatives, and alumni of the Obama and Biden administrations — as is the leadership of major Effective Altruist organizations. Their political giving reflects their mentality: 99.8% of Anthropic founder, board, and employee political donations have gone to Democrats.

These organizations have blocked the hiring of Republicans and those who think differently and has sought to elevate the most radical voices — and of course, Anthropic has already fought publicly with the Trump administration.

The Bull Moose Project is offering briefings to policymakers, regulators, and journalists on the report’s findings.
