Coalition Letter in Support of FCC Chairman Brendan Carr’s Efforts to Modernize Broadcast Ownership

Washington, DC — Today, the Bull Moose Project is proud to join a letter, signed by an array of conservative organizations, supporting Federal Communications Committee Chairman Brendan Carr’s efforts to modernize America’s Reagan-era broadcast ownership rules.

The letter reads:

By eliminating the national television cap, local TV duopoly restrictions, and local radio ownership caps, broadcasters can better achieve the scale and efficiencies necessary to compete – and to attract vital investment – in a fragmented and rapidly evolving information market.
