Letter Calling For Apple Executive Perjury Charges

Washington, DC, – Today, BULL MOOSE PROJECT led a coalition letter to the Department of Justice demanding the arrest of lying Apple executive Alex Roman. The Bull Moose Project was joined by five other conservative leaders and organizations.

Alex Roman led Apple’s response to Epic Games v. Apple. The judge in the case, Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers said that Mr. Roman’s testimony was “replete with misdirection and outright lies.” Roman led Apple in:

  1. Flouting court orders demanding fair play on the App Store.

  2. Failing to disclose evidence.

  3. Lying to the court.

Statement from AIDEN BUZZETTI, PRESIDENT OF THE BULL MOOSE PROJECT

"When a federal judge finds that an Apple executive's testimony is 'replete with misdirection and outright lies' and may constitute criminal misconduct, that's not a civil matter anymore - that's perjury. Alex Roman should be arrested. The DOJ can't let Big Tech executives think they can lie under oath with impunity just because they work for trillion-dollar companies. If this were any other defendant in any other courtroom, they'd already be in handcuffs."
