In Support of the FCC’s Decision to Vote on Auctioning Spectrum
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Yesterday, Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr announced the FCC will be voting to auction prime, mid-band spectrum next summer. The Bull Moose Project strongly support Chairman Carr’s decision, as well as the speed at which the FCC arrived at this critical juncture.
“This is a win for Americans, American providers, and America itself. Americans will have faster, cheaper connectivity, and taxpayers will recoup billions as a result of the sale, and providers will have the spectrum necessary to innovate and keep America competitive,” said Aiden Buzzetti, President of the Bull Moose Project.
“Less than halfway through President Trump’s term, the FCC has already made incredible leaps forward. We look forward to the vote, to the resulting auction, and to Americans across the country being able to reap the benefits for years to come.”
