Research Fellow, Intelligence and Emerging Technology

America's adversaries are operating in a state of invisibility. Advances in artificial intelligence have allowed state intelligence services, transnational criminals, and terror networks to  operate sight unseen right up until the moment their operation surfaces in the physical world—if there even is a noticeable, physical result.

The United States built its intelligence advantage on discovering what adversaries wanted hidden. That advantage now depends on whether we adapt to and field the proper tools to pierce this invisibility faster than those who seek to exploit them.

The Research Fellow, Intelligence and Emerging Technology reports to the Policy Director and leads Bull Moose's work on artificial intelligence in the intelligence and homeland defense enterprise. 

This role produces published research and policy analysis, serves as a public voice for the organization in conservative media, and supports congressional briefings on Capitol Hill. The position is part-time and term-limited, running September 2026 through February 2027.
