Which is why Senator Ted Cruz’s five-pillar AI Framework — and its first piece, the SANDBOX Act — are excellent first steps toward a comprehensive federal AI regulatory solution. The framework, which comports with President Trump’s AI Action plan, is a much-needed roadmap for America.
