Today, the Bull Moose Project filed an amicus curiae brief in Linney's Pizza, LLC v. Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, currently before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. We are urging the court to uphold the Federal Reserve's authority to regulate debit card interchange fees under the Durbin Amendment.
